Under the Conservatives’ austerity policies, libraries, arts centres and wellbeing services have closed. Labour on South Hams District Council will:

• direct Section 106 (development) money into community assets such as parks and green spaces
• work to reopen libraries, or take them back into public ownership
• support cultural activities and community artists
• support local museums
• oppose any sell-off of open spaces and public paths
• support social prescribing and encourage involvement in the arts for all.

Vote Labour on May 2nd for healthy, creative and vibrant communities.
